Rooted in Purpose. Grown for Community.

Mikro Greens Market is more than a microfarm — it's a vision rooted in sustainability, faith, and neighborly care. As a branch of GROWSMART Community Solutions, our work is about more than nutritious food — it's about cultivating healthier people and stronger communities.

We believe that growing greens locally is just the beginning. Our dream is to spark a movement — where community gardens thrive in churchyards and schoolyards, where hands-on education changes how families eat, and where people grow together.

Meet Karl Snow

The Bigger Picture

We're not just growing greens — we're cultivating a new way of living in Lakeland. Our long-term vision includes establishing self-sustaining community gardens across the city — powered by partnerships with churches, schools, and local organizations. By equipping families with the tools and knowledge to grow their own food, we’re creating a culture of health, stewardship, and shared responsibility.
